Vikalpani is a national-level women’s federation committed to connecting with women and girls across Sri Lanka. We design and implement diverse programs that promote women’s rights, leadership, and collective action. Our work spans multiple ethnic groups and geographic regions, supporting women’s efforts to achieve justice, equality, and empowerment.
